Lead a Boutique Retail Experience Built on Sales, Service & Culture

We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager to lead one of our boutique retail locations. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on performance, understands how to motivate a team, and knows how to create an elevated customer experience while consistently driving results.

Our stores are modern, upscale retail environments focused on intimacy, wellness, luxury products, and exceptional service. We are building a high-accountability, performance-oriented culture where strong leaders are empowered to take ownership of their business, develop their team, and directly influence store success.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Drive revenue growth through active leadership, coaching, and floor presence
  • Lead the team in achieving sales, conversion, and basket-building goals
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including average ticket, attachment sales, and labor efficiency
  • Execute promotions, events, and merchandising initiatives with a strong sales focus
  • Create a culture of enthusiasm, accountability, and customer engagement

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
  • Set clear expectations and maintain consistent accountability
  • Provide real-time sales coaching and performance feedback
  • Build a polished, professional, and customer-focused team culture

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer feels welcomed, respected, and comfortable
  • Maintain a luxury boutique atmosphere through presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Support product education and consultative selling techniques
  • Foster an inclusive, judgment-free shopping environment

Operations & Store Management

  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and reporting
  • Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding performance, staffing, and opportunities
  • Operate the business with ownership mentality and attention to detail


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead successful teams
  • Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, sales goals, and performance expectations
  • Professional, mature, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong merchandising and customer service instincts
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Luxury, boutique, specialty, beauty, wellness, or commission-based retail experience is highly valued.
