Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Times Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Discreet Packaging We understand that privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our brand on the outside of the box. Your billing statement will show a discreet charge name.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS Ground and other major carriers depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contactus@niceandnaughty.com or call (586) 231-0475 and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
