Thank you for shopping with Nice & Naughty! Due to the nature of our products and the safety of our staff and yourself, we have a strict no return/exchange policy inside our stores and online. Because of this, please read the following:

• Nice & Naughty curates the products hosted on our website. Nice & Naughty does not package, ship, or handle the products before they arrive to you. We are a third party seller. 
• Take time to research before purchasing. Every person has different preferences and there are so many options to choose from. Make sure you are confident before you place your order. Feel free to contact us if you need recommendations! We also have blogs with product information and plenty of info on our social media sites.
• There is no satisfaction guarantee. 
• Most toy brands offer a manufacturer warranty. If your product is defective upon arrival or stops working later, contact the manufacturer for exchanges. You can find this information inside of the package or on the outside of the box. Please contact us if you need assistance. 
• If you placed an order and need to cancel or change something right away - email us ASAP. We can cancel the order before it ships. Once the package is shipped, we cannot change the order. 
• There have been major shipping delays due to COVID. Please keep this in mind when waiting for your order to arrive.
